Q.  HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A.   We currently use Royal Mail for all of our orders.

       Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Tracking Number which will indicate estimated date           and time of delivery.

       If you have any further questions regarding your delivery you may contact Royal Mail Customer                   Services quoting your Tracking Number.  Or feel free to contact us.

 

Q.   HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A.    Our aim is for all orders to be dispatched within 3 to 5 days after payment.  

        If our jewellery pieces are made to order then please allow an extra 2 to 3 days for dispatch.

        When an order is dispatched an automatic notification will be sent to you including the couriers                    Tracking Number.

 

Q.    CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

A.     At the moment we are unable to take orders by telephone.

         It is our intention that at a later date we will be able to take orders by telephone.  At that time we                 will publish details.

 

Q.     IS THE JEWELLERY SENT IN PLAIN PACKAGING?

A.      Yes our jewellery is sent to you in plain packaging so as not to spoil any surprise.   

          The jewellery is presented in an organza bag and carefully packed to prevent any damage.

 

Q.      DO YOU DELIVER TO BFPO ADDRESSES?

A.       Yes we do deliver to BFPO (BRITISH FORCES POST OFFICE) addresses.  Just enter the BFPO address               as normal in the 'shipping information'  part of the checkout.

           As shipping to BFPO addresses can take a little longer for delivery we will ensure such orders are                 processed with urgency in order to reduce overall delivery time.

 

Q.      CAN YOU DELIVER TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?

A.       Yes we can deliver to your place of work if you choose.  Just fill in your details at the time you place               your order using the form provided.  

 

Q.       WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?

A.        You can place an order on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We are available to answer                any query you may have.  Please use our email address .  We will respond between 9am and                          5pm (UK time) all working days.

 

Q.       WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

A.        For unwanted or faulty items, please see our Terms and Conditions.

       

Q.       WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSE TIMES?

A.        If you email us at partygirlsjewellery.53 @gmail.com we will normally respond to you within one 

           business day between Monday and Friday from 9am to 5pm (UK time).

           

Q.        WHAT DOES YOUR MONEY BACK GUARNTEE COVER?

A.         We want you to be completely satisfied each time you make a purchase from our website.  If for                  whatever reason you are unhappy with all or part of your purchase we give you 30 days from                        receipt of the goods TO NOTIFY us that you intend to return your goods. You then have  a further

            7 days to ensure the items to be returned is dispatched by you.  IF YOU HAVE HAD NO PRIOR                        ARRANGEMENT AGREED BY US TO RETURN YOUR GOODS then the goods will be returned to you.

            Please Note:  If returning goods to Partygirls Jewellery,  unless faulty, the purchaser will be                              responsible for the cost of the return postage, packaging and insurance.

            When returning items to Partygirls Jewellery please ensure the items are unused and complete

            with all tags attached.  Returned items must be unworn and not modified or altered  in any way.

            Removing any attached tags or wearing the item is your acceptance of the purchase.  

            ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN PERSONALISED IN ANY WAY (I.E. ENGRAVED OR INSCRIBED OR                                  OTHERWISE ALTERED) CANNOT BE RETURNED.

A.          No we do not have a physical store just our website.  This means we can keep our costs as low as                 possible ensuring we can reflect this in our best possible prices for our customers.
